bottom end build!! what do i need

Think I bent a rod the other day so just trying to get an idea of what I should do while engine is out. So far I'm looking at a half fil with maybe main studs, carrillos and a stage one cam. Block will be painted and all the bells and whistles. Help me out guys!

Weld piston jets and cam gear.

Bung on oil pan for a atmosphere oil return.

Fire ring HG machining of block and head.

What made you think you bent a rod?

No 100 percent sure yet but I was getting on it the other day and wen I let off I heard a real loud grinding sound and then it started knocking. Funny thing is there was no smoke out the exhaust just puffs coming out ccv. Getting a compression tester next few days to make sure

what size injectors are you running?
