Broke rocker arms on #5

My mechanic just called and said I have two broken rocker arms on cyl #5 he's going to look into it further tomorrow with a borescope truck lost power and started knocking yesterday. What am I in for here.

most likely the top of the lifter came apart, sending valves into pistons. Sometimes it just bends pushrods, sometimes it breaks rockers, sometimes it bends valves... And sometimes all of the above..

Was it popping back through the intake or just knocking? Mine was popping because it broke a roller off of the lifter and now it is getting a new motor I hope you have better luck

He said the cylinder looks good and that #5 injector is shot yes it was clacking like crazy but he said it wasn't through the intake. Thanks the injector might have dumped fuel and caused it going to replace the rockers and compression test.

Replaced them and the injector all is well now gonna put some miles on her.
