Building traction bars

I'm wanting to build some traction bars for my 06 F350 and I was wondering if anybody has built them before and maybe had measurements I could go by or something

I cant remember but I think the last ones I built were 76 inches but I cant remember.

That's what I'm trying to figure out is Length idk how to measure it lol
