I found a 96 CCLB F350 4x4 for a decent deal, I've been wanting a crew cab for a long time. It only has 154k too! It has a new paint job from ford as well.

My plan is it take everything from my current truck (Mods in sig) and swap it ALL over to the 96. It actually will work out perfect because I have to send out my BTS. And yes those mirrors will be coming off immediately.

Here's how my 97 is currently set up. I'll be returning it back to stock and selling it.

Probably would've kept my 96 had it been one

Bhahaha.
Thats because those mirrors belong on a f150. They got no place on a 250 or 350. Look stupid if you ask me.

Its like having honda civic mirrors on a peterbuilt. Looks retarded

LOL, I HATE them on a 1 ton truck. Anyways, just got her home tonight. First thing I want to do I swap on my lift and axles. The 96 has 3.55s. My 97 has 4.10s, those are a must with the 37s imo.

Where's a good place to get some weather stripping from? It's all dry roted around the Windows.

I finally go around to working on it. I swapped the lift and ladder bars.

I also got some head studs and springs in.

What's the lift and wheel/tire combo

I have 22x14 fuel Mavericks and for the Lift I have 7" lift blocks that incorporate the ouo traction bars. The front are the springs from my original 250 lift kit.
I'm eventually going to do a rsk.

Been awhile since I've posted here. My extended cab is almost completely stripped of all my "good" parts. This is honestly a bigger project than I anticipated. I have 7 years of parts that I have to take off if this thing.

I picked up my 3rd BTS last week. Apparently I broke the center support some how. Brian said he's never seen this part break before, even in his high hp trucks with cumminGs. Brian said he used the same parts for this trans as his 1600+ hp trucks.

Lastly, I finally pulled the Vader cover off my 96 crew cab tonight and I found this,

It looks like a California modle?? The GPR is completely different and the EBP tube is on the top of the HPO res. Will I have any issues switching all
My 97 parts over ??
