Clean coolant filter?

Changed my first coolant filter after a couple of thousand miles. I cut it open and it was clean as can be not a spec or anything. Truck has 85k on it and ford gold coolant that shows good on a test strip.

Based off of this and if the next filter is clean what are the chances the oil cooler is clean too? I don't know the total history of the truck purchased it with 81k on it and it is a 07'.

Best way to tell would to be to just measure the oil and coolant temp and see what the spread is.
