Cleaning the valley

I have an oil leak dripping down onto flywheel cover and starter from the valley, i need to clean the valley cant see were its coming from except that its somewhere in the back. I have heard many different ways..pressure washer, purple power and garden hose. Even with the truck running im nervous about using either of those methods. Whats the best method to use?Once I get it clean, is it ok to remove intercooler tibes from turbo and run the engine so i can see were the oils coming from?

I always like to use brake clean and a scrub brush. Buy like 5 cans and douche her good. Honestly the most common leak is epbv and or pedestal o-rings.

Ok, is there a gasket for the epbv? Does ford or anyone sell a package of all the gaskets associated with the turbo? I like to order them all before I rip it all apart instead of having to wait once i get it all apart?

do a search of removing the ebpv, it will make more sense when you see pics of it. Ford should have both turbo pedestal to block o rings, and turbo to pedestal o rings.
