I am have trouble with a truck I bought. It I give X amount of throttle the engine will cut out and go back to an idle and the peddle will be dead. Then I can let completely out of the and can start the process over again.

I put in another gem module with not much change but what I have now is;

B1201 fuel sender curuit fault
B1203fuel sender short to battery
P0500 vss fault
B1889 airbag warning open lamp curuit open. Bulb is good
B1318 low voltage at module
P1812 4wd mode select switch circuit fault
B1450 super washer delay switch circuit fault
B1371 illuminated entry relay coil fault
B1302 accessory delay relay coil circuit fault
C1125 brake fluid level sensor input circuit fault
B1483 brake pedal input ciruit fault
B2357 driver window down current sensor low circuit
B1446 wiper system park sensor low circuit
P1865 transfer case contact plate short to ground
B1352 ignition key-in circuit fault
B1318 low battery voltage at module
C1223 brake lame voltage low at module
P0603 intenal control module lam error

P0603 is Internal Control Module Keep Alive Memory, usually just means the batteries have been disconnected.

Sounds like your TPS... Throttle Position Sensor may be going out. does the engine only quit when the petal goes dead? May be a CPS issue as well.

Was the GEM/VSM programmed for your truck? That could cause all the B/U codes.

The tap on the peddle had been replaced. The throttle dies after the engine cuts back to an idle.
The gem had not been programed, could my original one need reprogramed?

Engine would cut out at 1.4-1.6 tps voltage but would still read clear through 3.88v with no change in rpm. Also lights that com on are voltageWTS, SES, and WIF.
