Coolant temps spiking

Cranked my truck today for the first time in about a week. Went and filled it up with fuel and the fuel gauge.stopped working for about 10 mins then suddenly worked again. About 30 mins later my temp gauge in the lower right corner spiked all the way in the red very rapidly and my fan kicked on. I dont know if this is a water pump or oil cooler, or if my dash cluster is messed up, any help would be great thanks

How did it do starting? Might have a junk battery..

Batterys are brand new starts fine, just did a 58v hercules about a month ago

The thing that's weird was the fuel gauge and temp gauge, that's what made me think batteries..

my fuel gauge always did random stuff like that on my last 06, turned out the cluster was junk
