Crank No Start

Ok, So. I've read through every single post. Literally.... EVERY SINGLE POST... On FTE and DB.

2004 6.0 250,732.1 Stock (everything surprisingly)

There are similarities... But nothing remotely close...

Fuel Bowl Full
Oil Filter "Bowl" Fills Fast
New Fuel Filters as of 2 days hour ago... Batteries New (full voltage)
Quarter Tank of Diesel (pump diesel)
FICM KOEO 48.3 CRANKING 47.9

I could crank for hours, i smell fuel but i cant see smoke...
It has a stock tune,
AFE Intake,
"Straight Pipe"
26 Gallon Fuel Tank.

I cant think of anything else, ask away... My tools are limited... -_- There was a "tragic" garage fire.... (got robbed, then torched) and no renters insurance YEAY!
So I'm living in a hotel (limited workspace)

sounds like you have a high pressure oil leak or a bad high pressure oil pump. check icp pressure.

you can check ICP pressure (while cranking) with a multimeter...
