Ok guys. This truck is going to drive me absolutely crazy. This is my 4th radiator I have gone through in the past 3 months. At first I thought oh it's just a faulty radiator. But then after the 2nd one I got looking and every time I would fully accelerate my truck the whole clutch assembly would move forward therefore mashing the radiator therefore putting holes in it. Now I have replaced the whole fan clutch assembly about 2 years ago. But I just started this problem about 2-3 months ago. I heard that these trucks crankshafts can walk. I don't know what's going on. Please help if you can!!

Both sides of the engine. 3 bolts each on the block, 2 to the cross member. Look for cracks.

If you had crankshaft walk, it wouldn't do that unless it came through the front cover. The crankshaft is not attached to the fan.
