Got a 97 7.3 here that I'm trying to figure out what is causing the turbo surge. Mods are ******** stage 1 cam, valve springs, pushrods, 250/200 injectors, terminator dual hpop, ******** tunes, bdp mod h2e, irate regulated return, 3" plenums, hypermax intercooler. I've tried 3 different company tunes, a few revisions and can't trace down what is causing this turbo surge. It's happening at 30psi of boost. It didn't start till I installed the terminator dual hpops. Any and all ideas are welcome. Oh and it originally was an auto but was converted to a zf5 and was tuned for the conversion. Thanks again.
