Creaking noise from driver's window

My truck developed a creaking noise when the driver's window is closed. Sounds like the window rubbing on the weatherstrip when body is flexing. I lower the window below the window frame and it stops. If the window is closed, the creaking noise stops when I hit 70mph.

Anyone else experience this?

I had the corner of mine start peeling and it would catch the wind just right. Drives you nuts.
