Cruise control issue/question???

Was driving on the interstate today and had the cruise set at 75. Came down a steep hill and the truck deciding to downshift from 6th to 5th and then 5th to 4th. Scared the crap out of me. I wasn't towing and I didn't have the tow/haul mode button on. Keep in mind I do have the truck deleted with SCT programmer and IDP tunes. Is that normal or is there another issue I should be aware of? This is my first 6.7 so I'm still trying to get familiar with the truck.

Mine did it before tunes and after. I think cruise control try to keep it with in range. Going up or down a hill.
