Custom tunes

So I'm new to diesels and I recently bought a livewire TS tuner then found out I can't ****** the *** with this tuner. Any ideas on custom tunes and is it even possible?

I have custom tunes from River City Diesel for my SCT. They were very helpful in making the process easy for me. They asked me what all parts were installed on my truck, hope that helps you out
