Custom turbine shaft

Does anyone know of anyone that makes turbine shafts. Specifically I'm wanting a van turbine wheel but on a larger shaft. I've got a Gt3776d turbo. The center section has the same mount as a gtp but has a significally larger shaft and bearings. The back plate is the same style as a 38r but a little larger, so 10 mins on the lathe it'll fit a 38r housing.

So if I could have a turbine wheel made I've have basically an sd66 but with stronger shaft and bigger bearings.

How does it do? Got pics of it under the hood? I akways wondered if one would fit and or work well on a pickup

Sorry I'm not running one now just a van turbo. In stock form I don't think it will do vary well. Turbine and compressor wheels are smaller than a 38. But it shares components with a gt4088. I may explore that possibility if I can't make my above plan work
