Will the d66 off my obs fit on a early 99

No the D66 has a four bolt flange on the exhaust housing. Superduties use a v-band clamp

Not to mention they mount different to the pedestal

You could get it to fit but you would need everything off an OBS to convert over. (Up pipes, pedestal etc...)

All you should need to put it on would be the collector and pedistal, everything else should fit fine
Edit: not sure about the DP flange size
