Can someone please tell me what might possibly be wrong here? I have a slight driveline vibration that I can feel as soon as I give my truck throttle. Doesn't matter if it's easing into it or flooring it. Ive tried to shake the drive shaft around in an attempt to find some u-joint play but nothing. The polished area of the shaft is about 5/8".

What do you have for rear suspension block wise? All blocks will cause axle wrap unless paired with some sort of traction bars.

Polished area is normal on the slip yoke. It's not a balance issue or it would get worse with speed. Sounds like there's misalignment. How much lift do you have ?

I have a 2.5" Carli coils up front, 4.5" tapered block from a '17 250 on the rear to achieve the 2.5" lift out back. I have the 1-piece drive shaft.
