Dually hub caps

What tool do you use to remove the chrome rear hub caps on the aluminum dually rear wheel?

They make a deal that looks kinda like a hook thats about 18-20in long and has a big rubber stopper on the end so the wheel dont get damaged. I have also found that using a seal puller and putting some rags between the rim and puller works too.

get a old LONG flat head screw driver and bend a 90 on the very end. reach in there, hook it and pop it straight out..

I use the tire wrench that came with the truck, it has the hook on the end made for this....
