E99 headwork

i'm thinking about buying a spare e99 motor to build over time. And i'm wondering about some possible headwork to get done in the mean time. something like port/polish and just freshen up.
My plans are to run 250/200's. along with my S366
Does anyone have any advice as to who i should send them too?
i'm looing for someone to do the work, along with installing some springs,shims, and pushrods

The springs are a piece of cake to install... As are the pushrods.

i know they will be easy considering i'll have the heads off. and i can even do that if necessary. But i didn't know if anyone had suggestions about any hsop that can clean up the heads some and try to improve them over stock some. espically for the sled pulls.
port/polish and cleaning up the exhaust ports?
any suggestions?
just trying to make the truck stronger one piece at a time
