I'm having a bad day broke the bolts off tried to weld nuts on the broken bolts both of them broke off half way in the hole then I tried a EZ out broke that off in one hole the I tried to drill the other one and broke a drill bit off in it what now should I try diamond tip bits ?

$330?!?!? You could buy a bulk pack of manifolds for that price! Screw that. If you're not putting your bellows pipes back on, cut the pipe off and use the flange as a guide. Put one bolt in it and line it up with the one that needs drilled out. That's free.
