Egr delete

Ok so I have done some searching and haven't found what I need. I'm looking for a full egr delete, and must be able to ship to CA. Do I just need to order the block off plates or the full kit. What's the difference in a $20 kit and a $200 kit?

Being where you are, get the blocker plates. Take about 30 minutes to put in. A lot less hassle come big brother time.

The full delete gets rid of the coolers while the plates just block the exhaust coming in and going out.
