Buddy's 2006 f350 has a strange electrical issue. Out of nowhere while driving the gauge cluster will shut off, gauges go to 0 and fuel gauge reads low. He pulls over and shuts the truck off and everything goes back to normal after a few minutes. He took it to the shop today who did his remote starter thinking that could be it but it's functioning properly. Guy at the alarm place said maybe his cluster is bad. Truck has 80k and is bone stock except for remote start and AFE intake. Any thoughts or things to look at would be appreciated.
