ficm low after changing sct tune?

I just bought a 04 6.0, it came with a sct livewire ts. Today I changed the tune from performance too street, on performance ficm was 46v-48v, now on any tune is only 33v. Do you think this is accurate? If so why the change. This is my first 6.0 and new to sct.

What condition are your batteries in?
Are you reading the ficm voltage koeo?
