Front brakes stick after hard acceleration??

2010 f-350. Here lately I've noticed after a good hard steady acceleration, my front driver side brake caliper sticks and drags and stay stuck until after it sits for awhile. Anyone ever heard of this or any fix?

I don't know my way around the super duty fords too well, but I had a 98 blazer that I had to lube the caliper pins every 10k or so or else the brakes would start to stick. Might be worth looking in to.
