Fuel Filter change and now truck wont start

Did the usually but she wont turn over or will turn over and just stalls out. Constant flow out of bottom filter ????? Any ideas ????

Oring on the primary filter housing would be my first GUESS. Could possibly be damaged.

Are you cycling the key about 3 times after you change the filter? Is the fuel pump running?

The dumb ass lost the little black piece at the end of water separator drain lol. Found it in oil pan and she started right up
