Fuel gauge help

So I noticed that since i took my truck to the drag strip my fuel gauge is always on the full mark. When i went i only had a half tank and have driven it alot since then and it still says full. Could it be the sender in the tank just stuck or did it go bad?

Probably your sending unit, i doubt the plunger in the tank is messed up...
