Good diesel shop for head work in SF bay area

Anyone have any recs? I have the dreaded 6.0 and I think something is going out in the motor. When Istart the truck up in the AM, it runs like crap. when I leave my house and go up the hill, it bogs like crazy.

I had the FICM changed last time it did this, but that was maybe 10k ago. I seriously doubt it is going bad again.
