good pipes for an 04 6.0

i have a stock 04 f250 (its not bullet proofed) and i want to change it up. i want it to sound a little louder. will some one reccomend me some thing good?

also will this affect my engine and cause any problems?

My 4 inch down pipe and 5 inch straight pipe super truck exhaust makes alittle noise. Put it together, stainless steel for under 300 including the tip and clamps

Where did you find a four inch down pipe?

And a exhaust for under $300????

Mine is 3.5 down to 4 then expands to 5 from about the cab front doors back. $500. I like the aluminized stainleas and never had a problem.

I built a 4" down pipe, and 5" exhaust out of the pre-bent stuff napa sells, full exhaust $175,

I have diamond eye 4"dp to 5" out the back sounds great I think I got it for around 400$ sounds good get a cackle with it being straight piped

Can't go wrong with MBRP. Mine is AFE and it sounds good, not too loud not to soft.

I had MBRP on my Ranger before I traded it in and bought my 250. I know the Ranger is a far cry from a 250 diesel but it made the Ranger sound really deep.

On another note, one of my best friends has a Dodge diesel with MBRP cat-back duals, it sounds MEAN as hell. I would save your money and go with the stainless for sure but that's my humble opinion.

I am going for the MBRP cat back duals myself after I do my EGR delete.
