H&S Mini Maxx on F550?

I'm trying to install an H&S mini maxx on an '09 F550 and it keeps saying "part number unknown" when I try to install the download. I have updated to the latest programs from the H&S site and have updated the firmware with no luck. I'm trying to have this truck going today and H&S's tech line is closed on Saturday. Any help is greatly appreciated

Had a similar situation with an '07 dodge cab and chassis truck. The end result was that the calibration in the truck was not recognized by the h and s. They walked me through updating the cal to the correct one, but this may be a different situation. Either way you are probably going to have to wait until tech is open.

Got it on this past Friday, I will say tech support was good to work with. I called them with the number they needed and they promptly e-mailed the file to me.
