H&S Single Turbo Kit

Hey!
I own a 2011 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. I have been thinking of adding a turbocharger for my ride! I have been searching for various turbocharger kits for a while now. I found this H&S kit on a spare part dealers website https://www.bcdiesel.ca/en/hs-motorsports-67l-single-turbo-kit. The dealer is selling the kit for $8599. Before I purchase, I want to know if it is worth the money. Any feedback ?

My one feedback is that H&S sells it for $6999 powdercoated so he's about $1600 too high and the website you posted loaded like garbage for me.

I have had mine for over 5 months and put over 8K miles on it and I love it. The quality and customer service is better than any I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't run anything else.

I will purchasing the kit this week. I have one concern! Does the kit have any sort of turbo lag?

It all depends on what size turbo you end up going with. Any turbo size upgrade you go with is going to be slower spooling than stock but some of the smaller (63 or 64mm) turbos spool extremely well. The 66 is a great compromise between power and drive-ability. I personally run the 69mm on my truck and it drives really well for the size. It makes awesome power as well. It wouldn't be my personal choice for towing but I've seen a handful of people using it for such with little complaints about the lag even in a towing setup.

I have their kit with the 64 mm bell. Slight lag but overall pretty responsive sounds great. I have 8k miles on the setup and it's awesome. Got mine through Mike give him a call imo.
