That along with needing the mating surface clean and dry when you apply the gasket material in order to get it to reseal the engine really needs to be upside down. There have been people that have done it in the truck but like was said you will need to raise the engine which means that you'll need to pull the turbo and hope. Others have done it by cutting out the cross member and then rebolting it back in afterward. Both entail more work than pulling the engine. [/QUOTE]
