Heated mirrors on king ranch

Ok, I have a stupid question.
How do you know if your mirrors are on? I have the defogger emblems built in the mirror glass, they light up ? It was cold, sleet today, had the defroster on, heat was dialed in at 78 degrees, can't tell if their working. There's no switch on the dash.
How can I tell?
I'm just a good ole boy from Texas.

There should be a button beside or close to your defrost button. Im not 100 percent sure if 6.0 has a button or not but I know in my 6.4 and 6.7 you have to turn them on

In a 6.0 they are allways on.. Nothing lights up and there are no switches..

Well, I drug my cold ass out in the sleet, and I don't see any switch.

Mark, does that mean my mirrors are on when it's 102 degrees outside?

When you turn the key, they are on regardless of tempatures..
