Heater fan speed

I noticed goin to work this morning the blower was barely on. Switched it to straight defrost and just a hair bit better. So I start driving and I started to notice the fan speed picking up the longer I drive it. Then all the fan speeds were working right. Any ideas?

Could be two things
Blower motor controller part # 6C34-19E624-AA.
Or blower motor resistor

The controller one is in the engine bay kinda behind the AC canister. Idk where the resistor is. Both cheap parts.

Iirc one or the other is only used in the auto climate control system in HD and KR option pack
