Heater hose help!

I have a hose that's leaking it comes off the y pipe that comes off the degas bottle and goes behind the motor to the firewall. Can anyone tell me how to get it off to replace it?

It's a major pain in the rear to do with motor in the truck. Iirc, there are circular white clips that connect the hoses. I think, they just push in to release, but I've only replaced 2 of those.
