I'm not sure what part this is referring to any ideas?

High Pressure Oil Standpipe Service:
On engine built before 9-29-03, if the standpipe running up through the head(s) to the high pressure oil tube is remove, it will need to be replaced. On engines built on or after 9-29-03 the o-ring on the standpipe can be replaced and the pipe reused. Broadcast Message 1426.

Pipe that goes from the branch tube to the HP oil rail hose on an early 04 or 03.

Thanks any idea why they would replace that part on the early years.

They were just not serviceable on the early one's, the design has been updated.
