HELP! Loud injector buzz / Fuel prime (video)

Just got my truck back after bulletproofing and I noticed the injector buzz is way louder, and there is a high pitched hum at the end of fuel prime. Like a dying goat.

My tech says it's normal, but it's really, really odd....

Fresh heads, gaskets, studs
Standpipes, injector seals and orings
Blue Spring upgrade
new ICP/harness
new IPR screen
a ton of other updates

I was thinking vac pump until I actually watched the video. My truck doesn't make any of those noises. Not normal.

guy on the org has run into it a few times, likely the oring behind the plastic seat for the brass plunger. on the blue spring.

or perhaps a dying goat. still a possibility

turned out the oring on the plastic piece, behind the brass plunger in the blue spring kit was missing. runs like a beast now.

i guess only 03/early04 have them
