Hey guys/gals,

Just joined the forum. Looks like a better place than most of the Powerstroke forums I've come across.

I recently purchased a 2012 F-250 King Ranch FX4. It is the dark green metallic color. It was a CPO vehicle with 30,000 miles and a horrendous set of chrome Discount Tire special wheels on it. Not that I'm opposed to chrome, I am opposed to cheap wheel that get hazy and collect stains that don't come off.

With this being said, I'm in the market for a new set of wheels. I'm always partial to black wheels, but I'm just not sure if it will look right with the color of my truck. If anyone has pictures of this color with aftermarket wheels, it would be even better. I have 305/55/20 Nitto Terra's on it that are practically brand new so the wheels must be 20's.

So, PowerStrokeArmy, can you help me decide my new wheels?

polished wheels look real nice on green. i actually prefer the 8 spoke OEm wheels on green.

if you must go aftermarket-check out American Force.

This the green you're talking about? Or were the 12s lighter?

These wheels are daily driven in Texas. And yes, that is the color of the truck. Anything other than direct sunlight and it will look black.

I still vote chrome or polished with the green.

I've never been a huge fan of black wheels, although they can look good they still dont have the "bling" factor to me and also feel cheap to me.

Regardless sounds like anything is better than what you have.

I actually really like how clean they look with the factory split spoke king ranch wheels on that size tire but if you go aftermarket American Force get my vote, not as much "bling" as a chrome wheel but look very clean.
