Help with p132b DTC

Does anyone know what would cause this code. The truck doesn't seem to change in performance but it is just an annoyance. It seems like it is doing it a lot more with the temperature being 20 degrees or lower. What can I do to fix it. Truck has a 15 turbo from Midwest, hs tuner with g-head tunes, no limit egr ****** and intake and hs intercooler pipe
