Just changed the ICP and IPR in my wife's truck. 03. My idle warm is around 880psi and ipr at 30-31%. It was a motorcraft icp. Could it be bad or my pigtail not correct? The pigtail it came with had blue wires. Still has a sparatic idle every once in a while but the values are too high. Icp voltage is 1.2ish.. Any advices?
