"High mileage" 6.7

I'm looking for a new to me 2011 f-250 for a work/personal truck. Selling my 2000 4Runner that I love and looking for 4 doors with a short bed diesel. The budget is ~20k and can go just a tad higher if it's right. I've done some searching and it seems that I'll be getting something with about 150,000 miles. With that said, what in the engine bay/ trans should I be looking for as a potential problem? What do most people neglect on these trucks that I would want to attend to as soon as I get it? I can tell you all about the inner workings of 4runners but this will
be my first ford truck.

I'm not sure if your looking for a lariat or not. There is a f350 xl on craigslist in greensboro with 107k on it. He's asking $21k for it. It's a single rear wheel truck. It's a cclb.

I got my 2012 with 90,000 miles. Today it has almost 124,000. Besides issies relating to the recal, it's had no problems. Wouldn't let high miles turn you away. When buying, I asked to see service records.
