HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP ISSUES

hey guys. i recently changed the hpfp on my 2015 250 and the fuel filters because of metal in my primary fuel filter and the lack of fuel pressure. when i got it primed and started it the injector fuel return line that comes off each of the injectors, one of the lines pops off of the T. this is the problem i had before the mechanic verified hpfp. the truck runs great for about 20 seconds or until i rev it up and it pops the return line off. any help on this? if u need any additional info just let me know.

Sounds like a restriction. Did you change the njectors as well? Or flush the system? You could have a chunk of metal causing your restriction and causing this.

I have not changed the injectors, but we have flushed the system.

Injectors may be in your future then. Did you replace the return line? Ford has a fuel system replacement kit that comes with everything, but it is pricey.

The base part number is 9a246. I dont have the prefix or suffix. Try googling gsb g0000016. This is the job aid for fuel system replacement.

just bought fuel supply lines and 8 injectors. will update after parts are installed
