Im wanting like 800-900 dependably. Thinking single s472, 60% nozzles, dual hpfp, air dog, fuel bowl ******, studs, trans, ported rails, cam and valvetrain

Huge difference between 600 and 8-900.

Agree'd. Your looking into bottom end work, more fuel and valve train upgrades for sure. I'd do rods, some people wouldn't agree, but it's good insurance since you will be pulling the bottom end apart anyways to do the pistons.

Yea but i was looking into what everyone at 600 was doing in comparison to people pushing 800+

600+ can easily be achieved with good tunes, head studs, drop in atmosphere turbo and a no limit intake. My 6.4 was high 600s but i also all the no limit air goodies, ported intake manifold, cam and 73/59 stock appearing chargers.

Dont forget the supporting goodies either...lpfp, traction bars, built trans etc.

800+ is gonna need my setup that i mentioned plus a dual fueler and 60% nozzles.

900+ needs a mega set of compounds like High powers or max powers if you like vgt. Or 66/88 (or similar sized) non vgt compounds to get there. BOSS450 is doing it with a big single and spray but even he says it isnt that awesome to drive on the street.

Your budget, goals and intended use are whats gonna set the recipe for your truck.

Fresh hpfp
Lpfp
All the air upgrades
72mm drop in

Done

Check out jdgleason's YouTube channel. He has multiple videos over the past few years with dyno proven combinations. For the above mentioned combo he put down almost 700. I've paid real close attention to them since before and after my build.

I heard that. That's a combo I'd like to run down the road ( or something close to it) A lot of big single trucks around here I need to keep in check. On the other hand, love the street manners of compounds. Hope it all works out for you.

a drop in 72 wont put you anywhere near 700 . 625 maybe , depends on the dyno and the day .

72-75 mm drop in with fuel and a weight reduction makes for lots of fun.. Then you can add spray to the mix... Might not make the huge fuel only numbers but it will run like stock and with good gate settings run awesome track times
