How much should I expect to pay?

Dropping my heads off at the machine shop tomorrow. What should I expect to pay for the usual machine work associated with this? Just looking for a ballpark.

What are you having done? That changes the price a lot.

for surfacing and mag I pay $90 but most pay more.

Surface and mag for starters. Then just fixing anything they find. Hopefully not much but who knows.

yes. thats why I said most pay more tho.

I paid $400 for machining flat, pressure check and cleaning

for clean pressure test, disassemble, magnaflux and resurface I supply valve stem seals they reassemble 200 bucks. If installing new valves and cut seats adds about 600 bucks hardened seats 42.50 each
