I've been reading alot of combination on how to get the most out of a stock 6.0. Seems there are tons of combos out there. I'm looking to see what every ones is using what kinda of power levels your are obtaining. Who's tunes PCM and ficm. What turbos? What other mods have you done to obtain the most out of a truck with stock sticks. May seem pointless but I would like to learn so if you guys have some input lets here it!

For a stock 6.0, 425 - 450. That would be ficm tune, race tune, and exhaust. After that you need to start throwing parts at it.

Now if you are wanting to mod everything except the injectors. Big VGT turbo, ficm tune, great ecm tune, studs, after market fuel system or regulated return, CTS or guages to monitor everything, gutted intake manifold, ditch the egr, CAI, and exhaust. 500 is a possibility.

But you probably already realize this since you are not new to making power with diesels according to your 97 in your sig line.

The link Lilpooh posted was a good place to start.

I'm pretty well about at my top with out injectors. Ficm tune and new turbo are on the way. And I'm not new to the power game just not ready to throw injectors in yet!

I understand. If you ever think you will upgrade to larger injectors you might want to hold off on the FICM tune. The problem I am running into with the ficm tune on 190/100s is the truck is a little harder to tune for (smoky and hot). Don't get me wrong, a ficm tune on stock injectors is great. I just wish I didn't have the ficm tune for my 190/100s.

I'm looking At the gryphon from php so when I go bigger I can pull it off and just monitor with it or sell it

I was running RCD 68 pmax, stock sticks, PHP ficm tunes, IDP extreme x. That's was probably as much I could get outta it on stock fuel. Unfortunately never got it on a dyno for numbers, but it ran extremely well.
