How to remove rear sway bar end links?

I think my end links are bad, driver side mostly. I'm going to replace the links but how in the hell do I get to that top nut on the drivers side .. It has the damn gas tank in the way..

Also do we NOT have a polyurethane option for 2006 f250s? I cant find anything on them... No website, ebay etc. Im looking for front and rear sway bar bushings and end link bushings
