You want the one you sold me that's was Supose to work? But is missing the pressure control valve?

I had a friend ship that for me, when it left my house everything was attached. How it got to you with no valve? I'm not sure. There was insurance on it, did you not claim it?

It can't just fall off in a box that was fine, it was shipped to me as a none working core.
