Are the ICP sensor threads on a 6.0 the same as a 7.3 or are they different? I saw in the sticky it list an adapter M12x1.5 to a #4JIC to test the system with compressed air, which is what I want to do

The truck has a manufacture date if 03/04 but the ICP sensor is on the passenger valve cover. It has already been replaced, LPO is good but it won't build ICP, IPR duty cycle goes to 85% when cranking and ICP might show 20 psi after a little while

The fitting you describe is the proper one. With an IPR duty cycle so high and still having a low ICP, it sounds like you are on the right track looking for a HPO leak. On your model year, I believe there is a d-ring on top of the discharge tube that has likely deteriorated, and/or rubbed through the underside of the high pressure oil pump cover.

However, I suppose it also could be a bad HPOP or a bad IPR, but the leak is more likely IMO.

Well made a jumper for the IPR out of a spare plug and some alligator clips, and tested the HPO system with the adapter. I ended up pulling the passenger valve cover and ran into another issue. The crosshead for #6 exhaust valves is missing. I pulled the oil rail and injector, then searched for an hour but couldn't find it anywhere. Just one little piece that was part Of the rocker arm foot (I think) is all that could be found
