Hydra chip software

Ordered a hydra last Wednesday for my father-in-law's truck, got it Friday, went to download the software this weekend and I get nothing. Says webpage un available, has anyone else had this issue? Am I doing something wrong? I'm sure that the Internet is working on my end as I can go wherever else I want.

Well got it to download the software today only to find out there is a whole whopping 5 programs written for the VDH4 PCM. Can I just use some different hex code or does it have to be the hex code for the vdh4? All I want is a variety of tow programs for a stock truck that pulls a 8,000lb 5th wheel camper. Not bashing anyone but this is not what I expected when I bought this.

If you don't want to go through the trouble, **Spoiler Alert** It'll tell you to use TNAA4S2 calibrations. You'll find more calibrations than you can realistically use there.

Yea I just went ahead and used the vdh2 or tnaa4s2 calibrations instead of the vdh4 stuff. I'll see how this works and how he likes it.
