So my oil cooler was suspected to be um lets see 99.9% clogged... Got it out today and we sawed it in half... That was fun in itself...

Yeah...that's clogged. What was your EOT/ECT differential?

Yea I know its clogged lol... And I was on the interstate driving at 65-68mph and the delta was continuously rising... I had to get off the interstate and on the back roads to limp her home on the back roads so the oil temp would stablize... Average delta was 19-21... I would have noticed it earlier but I didnt know that the SCT Xtreme touch screen displayed EOT in *C... I always assumed the oil temp sensor was bad... When I found out it was in *C i almost chit myself...

My uncle just got back from a trip out west and he called me telling me his delta was something like 25*. I told him to find the nearest dealer and get the work scheduled asap. They changed the EGR cooler while they were in there. So far, so good. Let's hope your HG hold.

Yea I got mine at a local diesel shop "The Diesel Shop" in Preston, CT... I got package deal from MKM that had Sinister coolant filter, sinister EGR delete kit, new ford oil cooler and associated software... And the screen on my oil cooler was ripped all to pieces... Yea the HG's was the only thing Im worried about... She wasnt puking yet and due to my ECT was only 182 so my oil was like 203 so even though the delta was high the temp wasnt crazy...
