idle's all funky sometimes

I have a 2006 f250 and sometimes not all the time the idle will raise about 25-50rpms then drop back to normal then will go down 25-50 rpms. Then when i go to take off from a light it will act like no power for a second then come back to life. This has been going out for a few weeks now. Just recently while I'm driving i can feel that it will lose power for a second then come back. When I pull the ICP sensor plug it will run normal. So I went and bought a new ICP sensor and it went away for a day or two but then it came back and it just keeps getting worse now. What do you guys think it could be? I don't have any way to monitor it right now. I was thinking maybe the ICP pigtail or there could be trash in the IPR valve. Also can I run with the ICP sensor unplugged?

When u unplug the sensor. It goes into a defalt mode and only lets the truck run so much icp. It will be sluggish. Do you have anyway to read codes.

I just checked for codes on my SCT and there isn't any codes. I unplugged the ICP and then plug it back in yesterday and it has been fine ever since. I did that once before and then the problem came back again. So its sort of leading me to believe that it's the pigtail. If it starts again I will be buying a new pigtail.
